Questions
Do my guests need to sign up or download anything?
No. They open the link, type their name, and tap Going, Maybe or Can't make it.
How do I get back to my guest list?
After you create the event you get a private host link. Bookmark it or text it to yourself. Anyone with that link can see your guest list, so don't share it.
Who can see who's coming?
Only you. Guests can see how many people are going if you leave that option on, but never their names.
Can I change the details after I share it?
Yes. Open your private host link and edit anything. Your share link stays the same.
How does the AI coordinator work?
Add it from your event's host page and pick the questions you want answered. Guests then see a "Call me instead" option on your RSVP page. If they choose it and agree, an AI assistant calls them between 9 AM and 8 PM, says up front that it's an AI, asks your questions, and puts the answers on your guest list. Guests who don't ask for a call never get one.
Can guests change their answer?
Yes, from the same phone they used to RSVP. They just open the link again.
